# ValTara combines flat flow wrapping and upright bagging into one machine

[**ValTara**](https://www.valtaratec.com/?ref=packaging-europe.ghost.io) **has unveiled its Breezy Wrapper, which combines the horizontal flow wrapping and vertical bagging of trays and containers into one machine and automatically adjusts films to the product’s length.**

As an update to its predecessor, the Breezy Bagger, the Breezy Wrapper is recommended for use in institutional packaging, school and home-delivered meal kits, fruits, vegetables, snack foods, baked goods, home goods, and hardware.

Apparently, the machine can pivot from vertical bagging to horizontal overwrapping and offer versatility to customers. Users can tap once on the pedal to wrap different products with different lengths – a process said to offer seamless operation and outstanding performance.

Its film web measures 25.6 inches, or 650mm, which allows it to process bag widths between 2 to 10 inches wide (50mm – 250mm) and bag heights between 2 and 24 inches (50 mm – 600mm).

Additionally, its length detection sensor and operational logic adjust the bag film to the length of the product during each cycle. As such, it aspires to lower material costs and increase efficiency during the wrapping process.

“The new generation Breezy Wrapper represents advancement in our flow wrapping technology,” said Julien Gauthier, engineering manager at ValTara S.r.l. “We are excited to introduce this innovative solution to the market, catering to starters with diverse packaging automation needs across industries.”

In doing so, they sought to unlock precise, efficient, and sustainable flexible packaging processes.

Wrapping machinery has also been displayed at various industry events this year. [Robopac Machinery](https://www.robopac.com/en/business-units/robopac-machinery?ref=packaging-europe.ghost.io) showcased five [stretch film wrapping solutions](https://packagingeurope.com/news/film-wrapping-machinery-for-fruit-and-veg-exhibited-by-robopac/10924.article?ref=packaging-europe.ghost.io) at Fruit Logistica, such as a shrink-wrapping machine, a compact automatic rotary table, and self-driving taping machines; and [Hugo Beck](https://www.hugobeck.com/en/?ref=packaging-europe.ghost.io) unveiled [three machine solutions](https://packagingeurope.com/news/film-and-paper-e-commerce-wrapping-machinery-showcased-by-hugo-beck/11049.article?ref=packaging-europe.ghost.io) for e-commerce and product transportation at LogiMAT 2024, such as its flexo 700 e-com entry-level model, which automatically adjusts film backs to match the length and width of a product.
